Rates

$450 per night if you go solo or with one other (as in one bedroom).

$600.00 per night for up to 6 people.

Holiday weekends generally have a 3 night minimum.

There will be a $120-$170 cleaning fee depending on number of people and beds used and how you leave it.

During the winter months, when there is no solar gain, there is an small surcharge for added fuel consumption and road plowing. Depending upon weather and snow load this will be between approximately $20 and $40 per day.
